Announcement of Cashless Treatment for Democracy Fighters
On Wednesday, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, revealed a new initiative to provide cashless medical treatment for those who fought for democracy during the Emergency period, along with their families.
This announcement was made during a ceremony held at Lok Bhawan, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Emergency. According to an official statement, the Chief Minister emphasized the importance of recognizing the sacrifices made by democracy fighters and their families by offering them this healthcare benefit.
